Cancellation Policy:

Customer Cancellations: 7 days or more notice must be given for a full refund.  Cancellations within 3-7 days before the event will get a 50% refund.  Cancellations within 0-3 days before the event will not be refunded. Contact us by phone at 303.653.7147 and email fostertom1@live.com to cancel or rebook your event. 

Company Cancellations: In the event Good Time Tours needs to cancel, customers will receive a full refund within 24 hours from the time of notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
